convenient location comfortable room attentive staff dirty corridor noise disturbance faded writing
i found the location quite convenient , near family. the room itself was COMFORTABLE and clean. bar staff were attentive, ensuring drinks were served promptly.
this issue persisted into the morning , which WAS disappointing. noise from people moving furniture disrupted sleep at 2am. the hand wash bottle writing had faded.

balanced stay
room biscuits lovely space table breakfast hot room sofa stains loud noises
i booked a double room for a few nights (it was a lovely space). the staff placed biscuits in the room (a sweet gesture). breakfast was served at the table, it changed the normal buffet style.
the room was too hot, i could not control the temperature. there were stains over the sofa. people were running and screaming in the middle of the night, and they were banging on doors (it was very disturbing).

uninformative staff crumbs
the bed was really comfy and i slept very well.
I didn't like the member of staff at reception. She wasn't informative. her response was, 'your room is on the ground floor. ' she didn't tell us where to go. She just rolled her eyes and pointed when i asked. the room had crumbs over the bedside table!!!

undercooked bacon lukewarm breakfast
the pool was decent, i suppose.
The room felt a bit dated. It was like stepping back into the 90s. finding no sugar with the tea and coffee was annoying. What is a cup of tea without sugar? the breakfast, priced at £19, seemed quite overpriced for what i got. The bacon was undercooked, and everything was just lukewarm.

Really good Stay for a Stay-and-Cruise Package

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. It was large and airy, with two double beds for us and the children. The room had a TV, mini fridge, wifi, and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast had a large amount of buffet options and specials to order.
